Each of our pieces is custom-made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. We encourage customers to review their order details thoroughly before finalizing their purchase.
To ensure customer satisfaction and protect against potential shipping damages, we provide a 24-hour window from the time of delivery to report any issues that may have occurred during transit. If you notice any damage or defects upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution. Once the 24-hour window passes, we will not be able to cover any undeclared damages or concerns.
