We understand that circumstances may change, which is why we offer a 24-hour no-fee
cancellation period from the time of purchase. If you need to cancel your order within this
window, you may do so without any penalty.
However, due to the custom nature of our furniture, once the initial 24-hour period has passed,
we begin sourcing materials and initiating the production process. As a result, cancellations
beyond this period will incur a 30% cancellation fee to cover material costs and labor already
invested in the project. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to delivering
high-quality custom pieces while fairly compensating our artisans for their work.
